Unable to unlock the work space using BlackBerry Blend

Did you recently set up BlackBerry Blend but find you cannot access your work data? For example, does the following message appear after you select Work space is locked within BlackBerry Blend on your computer or tablet?

Work Data is Blocked by an IT Policy. Please contact your administrator to request access

If you see this message it is because your device is activated for work data using the BlackBerry Enterprise Service and it does not have the BlackBerry Blend IT policies. You can find the BlackBerry Blend IT policies in BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2.4 or later. This error can also appear if the BlackBerry Enterprise Service is upgraded to version 10.2.4 but the BlackBerry Blend IT Policies have not yet been set up.

If you are in this situation, contact your BlackBerry Administrator and ask them to upgrade the BlackBerry Enterprise Service to version 10.2.4 or later so you can increase your productivity as soon as possible
