How to restart a BlackBerry Z10 smartphone


Need to restart, or reset a BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? Here’s how!

To restart a BlackBerry Z10 smartphone

  • Press and hold the Power/Lock key following by tapping Restart

Tip: Are you missing the Lock when you press and hold the Power/Lock key on your smartphone? If so, this is because your BlackBerry Z10 does not have password protection enabled. To reset a BlackBerry Z10 smartphone

If you find things running slower than usual or not responding, consider resetting your smartphone.

  • Press and hold the Power/Lock key for ten seconds

Note: Performing a reset using the step below will not remove any data from your smartphone.
