How to view start up progress

When you restart a BlackBerry 10 device, you can tap and hold the screen to view the start up progress of your device.

Tip: To restart a BlackBerry 10 device, tap and hold the Power button on the top of the device, followed by tapping Restart.


How to view a password that you are typing

If you want to make sure that you enter the right password, tap the eyeball icon to the right of the password field to view what you are typing at any time.

How to take a screenshot of your device

Press the Volume Up key and the Volume Down key at the same time to take a screenshot, which will be saved to your Pictures folder.

If you have BlackBerry Balance set up on your BlackBerry 10 device, screenshots will save to the Pictures folder in your work perimeter unless the work perimeter was locked prior to taking the screenshot.
