Located at http://blackberry.com/training, the BlackBerry Training website provides a wealth of information ranging from web-based courses, instructor led training as well as the all-new, hands-on labs, a great resource for new BlackBerry administrators.

BlackBerry Enterprise Training

If you manage mobile devices in your organization, you will want to bookmark the BlackBerry Learn website as it provides a wealth of information across a variety of topics.

Web Based Training

For those that prefer to learn at their own pace, review the Online Resources to view a listing of free web based training courses. Whether it’s understanding the prerequisites of the BlackBerry Enterprise Service, or understanding high availability, BlackBerry Training can help you achieve and succeed!

Best of all, there are courses on managing other device platforms for those working in an organization that uses BlackBerry, Android, iOS or Windows devices.

Instructor Led Training

In addition to web based training courses, BlackBerry Enterprise Training is also available via BlackBerry Authorized Training Partners. Just select your Country and what you’d like to learn about and the website will connect you with a training partner in your region.

Hands-On Lab

BESHOLFor those that cannot attend instructor led training courses, but prefer “learning by using,” you will want to check out the all-new Hands-On Labs! These virtual labs provide access to a functional BlackBerry Enterprise Service installation so you can familiarize yourself with BlackBerry enterprise software.

Three different versions of the Hands-On Labs are available and are listed below:

BlackBerry Enterprise Service 12 (BES12)

  • Provides access to a fully prepared BES12 server, a baseline environment to perform installations of BES12 and access to a local Microsoft Domain Controller including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SQL Server.

BlackBerry Enterprise Service 12 Sandbox

  • The BES12 sandbox environment provides access to a fully prepared BES12 Administration console. This sandbox environment is targeted to new administrators who are considering BES12 as a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, and administrators who currently have BES 5 or BES10 and are in the early stages of a migration investigation.

BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10

  • The BES10 Hands-On Lab provides access to a fully prepared BES 5 and BES10 server, a baseline environment to perform installations of either BES 5 or BES10, and access to a local Microsoft Active Directory including Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SQL Server.
