Here at the Inside BlackBerry Help Blog we are very excited to let you know that the @BlackBerryHelp community reached 500,000 followers! It has been an amazing journey since our team made their Twitter® debut, and I want to give a big THANK YOU to our half a million followers who made this day happen. We appreciate all your questions and comments, and hope we have provided first class support surrounding the BlackBerry products we all know and love.

I also want to take a minute to recognize the support team behind @BlackBerryHelp, who take your questions 64 hours a week! Their constant efforts have made @BlackBerryHelp an invaluable resource for you, our BlackBerry community.
